Srilankan Airlines
SriLankan Airlines, which began operations in 1979, has re-invented itself in the recent past, winning numerous global awards and establishing a firm reputation as a leader among Asian airlines in service, comfort, reliability, and punctuality. As the National Carrier of Sri Lanka, SriLankan is proud to take to the air the qualities of warmth, caring and friendliness that are a distinct part of Sri Lanka's culture.
Route Network SriLankan is a network carrier, with rapid connections that link Europe and the Middle East on one side with Southeast Asia and the Far East on the other.
It is also one of the largest foreign carriers operating to India, with 90 weekly flights to 11 destinations, and the largest carrier into the Maldives with direct flights from Europe.
SriLankan now serves 45 destinations in 25 countries in Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Far East.
Major destinations include London, Paris, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Rome, Hong Kong, Beijing, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, New Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, and Dubai.
Adria Airways
Adria Airways is Slovenia's national carrier and has a rich experience spanning forty years in charter and scheduled flights. Today Adria's network links Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, with more than 40 destinations, mainly in Europe. Currently the company operates some 140 weekly flights to the following scheduled destinations: Amsterdam, Brussels, Copenhagen, Dublin, Frankfurt, Istanbul, London, Manchester, Moscow, Munich, Ohrid, Paris, Pristina, Podgorica, Sarajevo, Skopje, Split, Tel Aviv, Tirana, Vienna, Zurich.
In winter 2001 the company started operating within EU market on Frankfurt-Vienna route and is in spring 2003 adding Vienna-Munich route.
China Airlines
China Airlines offers worldwide flights, with routes extending to the major cities in the U.S., Europe, South Africa, Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia. China Airlines has grown rapidly since it launched in 1959 with just two amphibious airplanes. Today its fleet has grown to include more than 50 Boeing and Airbus aircraft. By the year 2003, China Airlines will operate 80 aircraft, the majority of them newly purchased.
To provide the best possible service, China Airlines has signed interline agreements with more than 100 airlines around the world. Included are major airlines in mainland China, making possible "one ticket" check-in for passengers traveling from Taiwan to mainland China, and vice versa.
TAP - Air Portugal
TAP Air Portugal is an international airline connecting Europe to Africa and the Americas, from its base in Lisbon which, because of its geographic position, is a privileged platform of access to the markets served by the Company. In providing services to its Clients the Company maintains strong links with Portugal, which is the market niche where its competitive position is most sustainable.
TAP's principal activity is the transport of passengers and cargo, through the provision of services along the lines of traditional Portuguese hospitality, thus promoting client loyalty.
At the year-end the Company provided passenger and cargo access to 44 European cities and 69 destinations in 25 countries.
